La Zahùrda is a rustic holiday home high up in the hills of, Andalucìa famed for its rugged terrain, a kaleidoscope of indigenous flowers and trees, and a real holiday feel.

Kick off your shoes and enjoy spectacular views of Europe’s second-highest craggy mountain range, long lazy days in the Spanish sun, a view of the Mediterranean, dozing at the swimming pool, and nourishing silence. The bleating goats and braying donkeys on the hills are very entertaining.

Our home is the pretty village of Comares, a historic hamlet with a Moorish heritage, Arabic architecture and a charming local life.

La Zahùrda, just outside the village walls and attracting people of all nationalities, whether they artists, walkers, cyclists or those who prefer to soak up the views, the sun and swim in silence. We attract executives, outdoor enthusiasts and sun worshippers. Many guests, particularly European and British travellers, return a year later for the sun and silence.
